Wasn’t going to write this but I see this company is still giving terrible service. Wish I could give negative stars. Ruined my hair. Not only that but I had to wait two hours to even be seen WITH HAVING AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY. I should have taken that as a sign to leave but I am a patient person. Went from brunette (virgin hair) to red and they left the dye in too long. My hair fell out in chunks over the next couple of months and it has taken me almost a year to start getting it back. DO NOT GO HERE. There are way better salons than this place. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR BEING A HEALTH HAZARD. Ladies if you have gone here and they ruined your hair, try biotin and a multivitamin every day. Also try a scalp scrub every other week and coconut oil treatments every week. I got the scar tissue layer off, my hair started to come back. I am lucky I found a GOOD hair salon in lake worth that helped me figure this stuff out.

Critical: QualityThis was my first visit and Christy just would not listen. I showed her what I love from my past. Very good pics and she insisted that I try beige tone instead of golden like I wanted. I reiterated that I love my past color. The only reason I did not go to my normal hair stylist is due to distance. I was hoping to find someone closer to me. Big mistake. She added in a golden toner which helped but did not do the trick.I asked for very little taken off, no more than inch. She said she was just evening it. She took about 3-4 inches off. I have super thick hair and always have it thinned. She thinned the ends. I told her how to think and she said she had never thinned it through out. She tried at least.To say I am sad is an under statement. My hair is also very course after. I’ve never come out with my hair like this. It’s usually very soft. I’m guessing poor products. So I did not get the color I wanted, my hair was cut more than asked, my hair is course now and she charged me $10 more than she quoted. I’m guessing for the second toner that she used to try to FIX my hair color that I was t happy with.Obviously I will never return. Oh insult to injury, I was so thirsty and there is no beverage service! She said I could go next door to grab a drink—with my hair in FOILS! She said they had a fridge but it broke and they decided not to fix it. So I asked my husband to bring me a drink. Another customer was thirsty and I had my husband get her a drink! That is just ridiculous! You can’t charge like a great salon and have none of the services.It was dirty (oh the bathroom)! Poor quality hair cut and color. No drink service and zero customer service! Macy at Tangled Salon is the supreme godess of all colors! If you want you hair to have funky colors put into it with a fun, crazy hairstyle to go with it — then Macy is your girl. However when it comes to normal hairstyles with simple instructions… maybe go to someone else?? Macy did my hair just recently — my colors are bright, fun, and A-MA-ZING; the atmosphere and experience was fun and one-of-a-kind; and Macy herself was so sweet and helpful. My one and only problem is that my hair is waaaay shorter than what I requested (multiple times). I wanted hair shorter than shoulder-length but longer than (like not even mistakable as) chin-length hair. DEFINITELY not anything shorter. I now have beautifully colored hair that is ear-lengthed in the very back, jaw-length on the sides and actually nose-length at some points at the front. It looks good and my hair grows fast but it’s still not what I asked for. Though I do still highly reccomend Macy — for all hair-types and all color wishes. She truly has a gift when it comes to color. 🙂

I came in with dyed red hair which is not an easy color to get out but Anna did an absolutely amazing job and for a really great price. She was so sweet and I was am completely in love with the end result I would definitely recommend using her!

I sure do love me some Christy!! This doll keeps my purple in stock and makes me gorgeous everytime I see her. Great cuts, perfect color and reasonable price. That Joy lady needs to quit hatin… Christy is on her game and is extremely knowledgeable about all hair types. Love you girl!

I showed her a picture and told her that that’s what I wanted. She barely glanced at it and never asked to look at it again, and when she was done it looked NOTHING like the picture, and was past the point of being able to fix it. And to top the cherry off I told her I don’t like putting product in my and yet she LOADED it up with a couple of different products anyways. I’m NEVER going there again.

I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she didn’t even do it like the picture all she did was layer my hair, then rushed me out because she had to go pick up her kids from school in the middle of business hours. Was not worth the 15$.

Very happy with color and cut! Macy is a master at color from red to green she’ll blow it out of the park!! Girls in the shop are very personable and likable. Prices are very reasonable!!
