Critical: Quality, ValueI went to Carolina for a TRIM, shaping, and hydration cream for my curly hair. I spent years growing out my hair so that it will be healthy and long. It has been a while since I got my hair trimmed and I noticed my ends were starting to split. So I schedule an appointment, when I go in I tell her I want the dead ends cut, for it to be shaped, and I wanted to keep my length. When we finish, she removed over four inches of my hair in length.She is not knowledgeable or experienced in cutting curly hair, regardless of her qualifications. She will not do what you asked and will rush the process. I recommend not going to her for any curly girl cut or treatment process. I went to Carolina for a TRIM, shaping, and hydration cream for my curly hair. I spent years growing out my hair so that it will be healthy and long. It has been a while since I got my hair trimmed and I noticed my ends were starting to split. Recently moved into the area and found Tangled and Carolina. What a great find!! I have thick hair that hates humidity. Carolina suggested a keratin treatment and I now have silky smooth hair. Love it!! I now have my nails done by Brooke also. She’s does a great job and is very accommodating to my crazy schedule. Highly recommend both of them.
