Had initially booked with Melissa and had to adjust my appointment time, but instead of stating that her schedule was too tight in a professional manner, she was very rude. She also did not make any suggestions or even try to accommodate me. I called Hello Gorgeous in Deptford and the lady over there also had a tight schedule, but she wasn’t rude. She ended up working with me to squeeze me in (I washed my hair before the appointment so there would be enough time to just style me).

Everything was clean organized and professional but I also felt extremely comfortable at the same time. I definitely give Melissa and her entire salon a 10 out of 10. She even helped me work out the cost and how to go about the process in the most affordable way for me!! I must say my stylist was lovely. However, the haircut was uneven in the front to the point that people noticed. I did get an apology the next day from the owner but that doesn’t help since it will take awhile for the sides of my hair to grow. I do have an appointment today with my regular salon to try to fix what they can. I will not be back. Color was good though.

I moved to Voorhees in 2012 and tried a few other salons before happening upon Tangibles. The service is GREAT! Melissa and Tamika are super professional and great stylists. The atmosphere is upscale, yet laid back and cozy, and the clientele is very diverse. No long wait. Great conversation. Just an overall pleasant experience.
