Tangerine is an excellent Aveda salon in a great area where you can really plan to enjoy your day. In this lovely salon there is an absolute treasure of a stylist named Jenni, who I am so grateful to have met. It’s incredible to come across someone with her level of talent and attention to detail, she’s masterful. I’ve never been happier with the results of my color and cut. Ericka save my life! I had been in the ICU for six months and had horrible matting and scalp damage. I am seeing a dermatologist for treatment, but needed help after I chopped my hair off at home. It was a mess. Ericka discussed what we need to do to get the healthy hair back that I need. She did a super job and my scalp feels so much better. Extremely unprofessional. I went there for an appointment for Keratin hair treatment and they had to book my appointment that was 2 months out. I waited for nearly 2 months when they cancelled my appointment 1 week prior to my appointment date citing stylist issues. They rescheduled it to August 11 and then cancelled it again 4 days before that, again citing stylist issues. I wonder why could they not get me other stylist when they already canceled my appointment earlier. I had taken time-off on both my appointment days and wasted on them. I wish I had booked some other Salon’s service and would have gotten my hair treatment months ago!
