The customer service is great! I give two stars because both times I’ve come here a bulb has been out in different rooms. This last time one of the face bulbs on one side was out as well. When asked about it they said that they know. So, this should be discussed at payment am I wrong for thinking this?

Positive: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely love tanfastic. The thing i love the most is that its quiet so it makes your tanning experience much more relaxing. Jenn does a great job with using great bronzing bulbs so you get that beachy tan.

Love, love, LOVE this little tanning salon. As a plus size woman, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the minute I stepped in. My fiancee and I wanted to get a nice base tan for our wedding and honeymoon and I was nervous about how I would be treated but I was pleasantly surprised! I would highly recommend tanfastic! I have never had to wait, there are plenty of rooms for everyone, the staff are super friendly, they are clean and very knowledgeable about the tanning process. They don’t try to upsell you and are very honest about lotions, how long to go in for etc… I really feel welcome when I go and so does my fiancee. Two thumbs up!

Went for a spray tan a few weeks ago and the woman at the register was as sweet as could be. The place was well maintained and clean. My first time ever tanning and I loved it. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This is the best tan salon in the bing/endi/vest area. Don’t waste your money elsewhere, you will inevitably be disappointed. Beds are always available, staff is fantastic and prices are reasonable. Beds are clean!

I am a former customer of Tanning Bed and I had a terrible, skin ruining experience there. I started looking into other tanning salons and came across great reviews for Tanfastic. The distance between Tanfastic and my house is pretty far, but the results and service makes it worth the drive. Not to mention, a week tanning or even a one-time tanning appointment costs less than Tanning Bed, yet has quadruple the quality and waaaaaaaaaaay better customer service. First off, these tanning beds at Tanfastic are CLEAN. They are always spotless, smelling fresh, and fully stocked. The Tanning Bed doesn’t even give you ANY of the meaningful additives that Tanfastic gives you such as a spray bottle & towel, eyewear, a personal radio, and/or deodorant! I was surprised with how I’ve never come to Tanfastic before, I was literallly thinking “where has this place been all of my life.” Because I’ve wasted a lot of time and money at Tanning Bed, assuming it was a “pretty good” place to tan. I WAS WRONG. My Mother and I found little bugs and spiders all collecting in a specific room at Tanning Bed and would’ve reported it but the cashier seemed to care less. She was on the floor doing an aerobic type exercise, and I am NOT kidding you. Needless to say, we never returned. I could actually name countless other things that happened at Tanning Bed that would put people in either disbelief or utter disgust. I have found crusted tanning lotion all over the parts of the tanning bed/door where everyone touches… so whoever cleaned the bed didn’t care enough to clean the places that matter most, let alone places that don’t seem to matter most! Tanfastic also one ups Tanning Bed when it comes to service. There’s not a girl who looks like she could care less and would rather be at the mall working behind the counter, or a facility that looks like someone obviously isn’t doing there job. The atmosphere of Tanfastic is different, there’s a more inviting and lounge type appearance to the main lobby, while each tanning bed seems very hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed my new place to tan! Especially after contracting tinea versicolor from Tanning Bed’s absolutely DISGUSTING crusty, oily, sweaty tanning beds that are failing to be cleaned daily. It took me months to get rid of this ugly skin fungus, but I am 200% sure it came from Tanning Bed’s unsanitary beds of which I frequently didn’t get a tan from when doing 5 20-minute sessions. As I said, I could go on forever with each different point that Tanning Bed has created to make me love Tanfastic even more. I have been spreading the word that Tanning Bed should be boycotted and Tanfastic should be the replacement.
