My father had 20 radiation treatments at Tanenbaum and the care he received was excellent. You would think that many treatments would be a real hassle but the office staff always gave us their immediate attention and we were seen within 5 minutes every time. Allison and Amber gave him the treatments and would patiently work with my elderly father providing excellent care and positive sunny attitudes. A breath of fresh air!

We dropped in yesterday to see the place and set up an appointment. We were impressed. They had a cancellation for today at 8:15 AM. We took that appointment. My wife and I are impressed with their CV19 adaptations. The staff is highly capable and friendly. Ample free parking. I’ve been a skin cancer patient 25 years (old lifeguard). They quickly assessed my files and my current condition. Meds were prescribed to take care of my situation. Love their team here and their pace of conducting the necessary steps. I return in 3 months for another check up. Kudos Ashley!

Great. Staff was friendly. Dr. T was very knowledgeable and courteous. Wait time was about average, if not shorter than most clinics. They also offer an awesome online patient profile to ask questions and review your chart. Good job guys!!

Bad customer service and appointment setting didn’t even let me know which location. Showed up at the wrong location and I lost my appointment. Waiting a month for this appointment now I’m going to have to wait longer. For something that is mildly serious.

It’s quick and easy to setup and appointment (they’ve added a new clinic!), they charge fairly, and the service is quick and through. Dr. Tanenbaum and his staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly. He’s been my skin doctor for over 20 years.

I really like the doctor and his nurse pracs but this office is the worst at answering the phone I’ve ever encountered in a medical office. The bottom line is that they usually just DON’T answer the phones. You always get a message and I’ve had them pick up and hang up the phone numerous times. If you can be patient enough to call NUMEROUS times or just drive there and make your appointment in person,, they’re great…but good luck getting a human on the phone.

The Doctor, check in lady, and assistant was very nice. However the check out lady was rude and very unhelpful. When trying to get basic cost info for future treatment she seemed like I was inconveniencing her. Telling me she can’t tell me when I asked for a ballpark figure. I hope her attitude is better next visit.
