She listened to my preferences and made sure my nails came out just the way I wanted with her own beautiful twist on the reference picture I gave her. She never moved on or did anything different without asking me first. When we started, she gave me a thorough run down of the process and what I might feel on my nails at certain times, which I appreciated so much. My nails came out STUNNING!
