Im giving 5 stars only because of this wonderful gal working here at TAN360. I showed up at about 10 minutes until they closed, and she graciously helped me fill out my first time client form, and didn’t rush me at all. She waited 15 minutes after they closed for me to finish before leaving. That type of service should be commended and recognized. Unfortunately the level one bed I payed around $10 to use was super outdated and underpowered. Hopefully the level two beds are better. I will find out because despite the underwhelming bed I’m giving them another shot thanks to that great, young, blond, gal behind the desk.

Friendly staff, competitive pricing. Odd though — I used a stand up booth and the machine turned on by itself before I was in it. I was able to turn it off but it took several button presses to get it to turn back on when I was ready. Then when I got in, I couldn’t get the doors to the booth to stay closed. I alternated hands — one hand holding them closed and the other holding the ceiling handle — the whole time. The machine also seemed less strong than I remember (less color for the time spent), although I haven’t tanned in a while and that was my experience in another place too. Besides that, the place was okay, it just wasn’t as good as I remembered.

I needed a tan for my birthday weekend and they were able to take me on a REALLY short notice. Jason made me feel completely comfortable and answered every question I had. The prices are really reasonable especially in the downtown KC area. I don’t want to have to go to a Spa every time I need a tan so I am glad they are strictly a tanning spot. I will definitely be coming back.

I needed a base tan before leaving for a sun filled holiday. I was unimpressed with the stand up bed. I did not use any of the other beds, so cannot speak on them. I went about 10 times in 1 month, and did not get a base tan. I arrived once to tan at 11:15am, and no one was there…They open at 11am. Disappointing.

I had a poor experience with this place. I signed up for a three month deal with I paid in full. Two months later when I was taking a bit of time off to spend with my son the took extra money out of my accout. Which would have been two payments for a monthly tan. However, my oblegation to pay them was over. They took all the money I had in my account. I went up there to give it back with they refunded and I had to wait several days for the .Little money I had left. Asked to speak to the onwer he was on vacation. So I truly believe he used my money to fund his vacation. This did not just happen to me it also happened to a friend of mine. The owner never got into contact with me after telling his staff that I wanted to speak to him. I feel like I should not have to wait to spend money that’s mine that was not owed to them. These people are thevies.
