We opened in 2002 because we saw a need for a clean facility, great customer service and properly maintained equipment. We are locally owned and operated and many of our customers have been with us since the start of our business. We consider each and every one of our customers our friends and we want our friends to enjoy their visits and get the most out of the equipment. I spent $40 on one tan that I was told would give me the fastest tan and rapid results. They suggested I tan 8 minutes but I did the full 15 because I didn’t want to leave disappointed. I got zero results. Literally spent $40 for nothing. I called to see what they suggested. No one offered me a refund or return visit. Just a total waste of money. I’d return for another visit but not going to spend another $40 for absolutely nothing. Bummed.

I have been coming here for almost a month and I am so impressed with the staff and how clean the beds and rooms are. Every single time I come in I am greeted with a smile and never have to wait for a bed so it’s quick to get in and out. I have purchased two different lotions, one with a bronzer and one without, and love them both! They explained the difference between all the types and actually asked what kind of tan I wanted so I felt I was matched with the correct lotions I needed instead of just the most expensive one. I even got a discount because I have a membership! The beds are the best I have ever tanned in and they all have fans that keep you cool during your session. I won’t be going anywhere else and I recommend everyone to check them out!

Coming from a person who loves tanning and has visited several local tanning salons, I highly recommend Tan Your Moon! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable but not high pressure sales!!! Critical: ProfessionalismI have used Tan Your Moon for several years on and off and my main reason for staying with them was the workers were amazing and very friendly! HOWEVER, I recently discovered I had skin cancer on my back. I called up and spoke to the girl which I won’t name on here and advised her I needed to cancel my membership. She said I would have to come in. I told her I was out of town and wouldn’t be back for a couple of weeks. She said “ok I’ll go ahead and fix it for you but normally you would have to come in” I took her at her word that she canceled my subscription and come to find out it was never canceled! I went in to the location and was REFUSED the opportunity to speak with the owner!! The worker was so disrespectful and rude!! The worker said I will never be able to get a refund for the months I didn’t even use their services will NOT BE ABLE TO SPREAK WITH THE OWNER!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Go to Glo Tanning!!
