I am so sorry to have to write this. The staff awesome. But, my spray tan was atrocious!! Totally laughable. The first time I went was nice. When I went back the second time, I asked for a little darker. OMG!! I’ve had a number of spray tans before. But nothing as horrible as this one. When I got home. I jumped in the shower & immediately scrubed it off. I was going to Hawaii the next day Very disappointing!!

This tan your hide location is amazing not only because it’s newer so the equipment is obviously nicer, but the receptionist, Madison, is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have only been a handful of times so far but every time I have been there she is greeting customers with a smile and kind word. I went to another Tan Your Hide in town and really realized how lucky this location is to have someone so customer service oriented. I won’t be going to another location as much as avoidable. Thank you, Madison, for making me feel welcome and comfortable.

Never been there before first time in a long time going to a tanning salon Kay was extremely helpful. The place was very clean not too busy until I left. Definitely recommend this place tanning bed bulbs were very high. I ended up getting a month membership I would recommend this place. Thank you okay for all your help. All the girls are absolutely amazing and willing to help and know their job!! A PLUS I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE!

When I had first went in I didn’t know what options they had available and they went over all of the options they had as well as being able to make changes to the plan whether you wanted to upgrade in the middle of the plan if you wanted, etc. I love the fact that there are no waits at all. I would go to tanning salons at other places where there would be waits, the beds are all up to date and new and very clean especially these days where people are concerned about Covid-19. I had such a wonderful experience at the Fountain location today- it’s clean, well/maintained, and they staff is so phenomenal- so helpful and kind, especially Brandy- she wasn’t pushy or trying every rule in the book to get me to sign up for a membership, right away, which for me, is a huge plus because I don’t like feeling pressured. The selection of beds; levels, cleanliness, and upkeep were very impressive. The lotion selection was also nice- such a wide variety.

I visit the Mesa ridge location the most and the store manager is AMAZING! She’s always in a cheerful mood-facility and beds always clean. Tara another employee is also always bubbly and welcoming!!! They answer any questions I ever have. The company is very lucky to have them. I don’t think I’ll ever switch to another tanning company! 5 stars plus some!
