Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s unfortunate because the shop is clean and I enjoyed it, but when I signed up for a month to month membership I was told as long as I come in on the 1st of the month if I need to cancel that I will not be charged for the next month. Well this month as a single mom my finances got tight so I had to cancel, I made sure I made it in on the 1st and signed the cancellation paperwork, but low and behold I notice that I was STILL charged for this next month. When I call the employee working says “sorry I can’t do anything to help you I’ll have to talk to my boss” I start getting upset because now I am short for me and my child’s electric bill. The whole thing was very unprofessional. My daughter and I went in to check it out and a long story short we paid 60.00 for 2 tans because we didn’t buy a package. They are so overpriced it’s insane.No amenities, no rug to stand on, no paper towels in room, not even a trash can.

It’s a nice enough place but I feel like I was hard sold into signing a contact that is only a benefit to this company and screws its customers. I wanted the service so I was ok with it until I got pneumonia and wasn’t able to go (never mind that I was doing them a favor by not spreading germs.) but they want my money more than my business and I’m still being charged almost $45 a month for being sick. Shame on companies like this. You don’t deserve to be in business.

Drove all the way to Parker to go get a spray tan after trying the location in Aurora which was closed even though google said it was open… just to find out that they were out of hair nets and lotion protectant so I couldn’t get my tan… the girl at the desk was not helpful and did not offer any assistance or ideas she just looked at me and said rudely “sorry” this is the only location open, close to Denver on a Sunday? Also, I moved from Colorado Springs and they still wouldn’t let me cancel my membership even though I’m 40 minutes from a tan your hide… open more locations! Stock your stores! Be nice to your customers so they come back! Have your employees smile to customers and be helpful! Do I really have to say this?
