Bought 10 tans thought I was getting 10 tans told the girl I barely ever tan just here and there she told me the 10 would be perfect for me never once said I have one year to use them. I call today to ask how many I have left and first thing she said is you signed a waiver and it been 399 days they are expired. I might have used 4 tans out of the 10. So be aware if you don’t tan a lot just buy one at a time others they just take your money and ack like it’s no biggy

Wife made an appointment to see Jamie for a haircut based on a friend’s recommendation. Appointment was made a week in advance for 9 am. She showed up at 9 am, the door was locked and no one unlocked it until 9:05 am. The attendant did not greet her nor even say a word when she walked in. All of the attention was on the people who were coming and going for tanning. After 15 minutes, the wife asked about the stylist and no one knew where she was. They called the stylist and no one answered so the wife left after 20 minutes of waiting. Very unprofessional and discourteous experience. Not surprising, because when she had told someone else about her appointment, she was warned that this was not a good place to go.

Always always the cleanest beds I’ve ever been to with the exception of the salon I managed. Lol wonderfully friendly, very knowledgable, and just down right sweet people everytime I’ve walked in the door. I love all the beds a d have tried them all. The spray tan rooms & booths are the cleanest I’ve ever seen also. You just feel good all over entering and when you exit. Prices are really great for all the pkg options you get. The spray on tan last longer and looks great and not fake and looks 100% better then the other places I’ve gone to also a lot less money for such a better service all around. I always can find something cute in the boutique to buy. I suggest everyone close to try them and you’ll stay forever. I have.

Very disappointed in this hair salon visit. Lindsay had colored my( brown/ blonde) hair previously a beautiful ash . I wanted TONER to get me to Jan. of course do to Holidays and my hectic schedule, I walked out with Orange Red hair.. ORANGE RED! She wouldn’t answer my calls! Never once apologized or offer to correct this horrific incident right here at the Holidays.

I have shopped here SEVERAL times for both clothing and tanning. A few months back I bought a months worth of tans, paid more than it was worth just to be honest, used one and now the are expired In the computer. Really people? This isn’t a chain boutique you could give me those tans if you really wanted to. Customer lost. I won’t be back!
