Critical: ProfessionalismSo I recently started working in a new area & was trying to find close tanning places to it & buy a membership. This place doesn’t put any pricing online so I called to ask about the services & prices. I wanted to try the body wrap & spray tans. But when I spoke to a girl over the phone about finding out how much it would cost to try some of these she refused to give me the pricing because they were afraid that I was another business trying to be a competitor to get the prices. If a competitor really wanted to get the prices all they have to do is go into the location anyways to find out because that’s what she said I had to do so I don’t see how it’s any different than giving me a price over the phone when I work full-time and I’m not going to waste time going all the way over there if it’s not worth it. So I recently started working in a new area & was trying to find close tanning places to it & buy a membership. This place doesn’t put any pricing online so I called to ask about the services & prices. I wanted to try the body wrap & spray tans. But when I spoke to a girl over the phone about finding out how much it would cost to try some of these she refused to give me the pricing because they were afraid that I was another business trying to be a competitor to get the prices. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBy far the cleanest tanning salon I have ever been to. The staff there is always professional and always willing to help in anyway possible. Tan Resort offers many services that I highly recommend!! The owner is ALWAYS willing to fix any problem you may have. I will never switch tanning salons. Extremely fair prices! If you’re searching for these services don’t even question it. By far the cleanest tanning salon I have ever been to. The staff there is always professional and always willing to help in anyway possible. Tan Resort offers many services that I highly recommend!! The owner is ALWAYS willing to fix any problem you may have. I will never switch tanning salons. Extremely fair prices! If you’re searching for these services don’t even question it. Go here!!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI very rarely leave reviews but this one just had to be done.A week ago I was calling around trying to find a decent spray tan (I’ve turned Orange more times than I’d like to admit in high school). I found Tan resort on google and made the call. The lady I spoke to was super sweet and advised not to get the tan until Thursday sense I was leaving for a vacation on Friday. FAST FORWARD TO NOW.Yesterday I walked in for my spray tan (I used the versa) I haven’t spray tanned in years it’s been fake bake from Walmart for the passed few years. I walked in and explained I didn’t really know what I was looking for I just knew I was way to pale to be beginning of July . The First Lady was super sweet and took my info then gave me her opinion on which level I should go. Another lady came to the front and was super helpful also! We decided on a medium level for this time. I was walked back into the tanning room and she was super helpful and walked me through the whole process. Today I woke up with the most BEAUTIFUL spray tan I’ve ever had !!! 10/10 recommend super clean and friendly atmosphere will TOTALY be back for more !!!
