I went in today and had a terrible experience. The person working was on a personal call when I walked in…the I had to ask her to repeat everything because she was mumbling. She had me resign stuff she wasn’t explaining next to a nasty dirty rag which she then used to clean the bed I used. Then while I was in the bed she turned the lights off on me and I had to get dressed in the dark. And there was no hook to hang up my clothes. Also the spray tan has been broken for over a week. Then after I walked out she closed the place an hour early. Which apparently is why she turned the lights out on me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at this place and I’ve had a membership for over a year at the woodburn location. And used tan republic many times over the years. This was just repulsive customer service.

So then I Decided to drive to my local store. On the Windows there was this Big Ad… TEXT… to … And You’ll receive 1Week of Tanning for FREE. So of Course I proceeded to do so. I ended up trying twice… But for whatever Reason that was Unsuccessful too!!! So when and if I Decide to go there again… I Really Hope that isn’t going to be How they Run there Business!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismDirty beds, staff has poor attitude, when i asked to speak to the owner the response i got was “they dont have time for peasants like you”. Find another salon this one is disgusting, sweat and hair on the beds, good way to end up with ringworm.
