This place stole my credit card information and after almost 6 months of canceling I am over $250 negative in my account. Im a single mother of three and I am devastated. I have done business with this company for years and they won’t answer my phone calls or return my emails. I have no choice but to file a police report if they don’t intend on refunding their errors into my account immediately. This place is fraud and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, I am so depressed and can’t even focus at my job.$250 is alot of money. I will also be reporting to the better business buro if this is not resolved quickly. These owners at Gateway in Springfield are heartless and money hungry theives. So beware.

I love my spray tans, and I have a gold membership. I go all the time but the booths are so hit and miss. Currently I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for a spray because other locations are closed. I’ve previously closed my membership for this exact reason. If it’s going to take so long, they should start taking appointments.

The staff is super friendly, its clean in there, they are educated in product selection and how the tanning beds work when it comes to the tanning process and difference in the level of bed available. Decided I’d take the risk of either looking like a sun-kissed jet setter returning from vacay or that overcooked orange and brown gouhl that you can neither look at nor turn away from. I finally tried spray tanning! Perfect for when u don’t have time during the work day to lay outside naked and laying in a blinding fire bed sautéing in sweat isn’t your thing. I have to say it was perfect! I was able to go later in the evening on a Thursday, which made it convenient for me. The girl at the desk was awesome. I asked her to recommend what would be the best level and add ons for my skin tone. She nailed it! The “tan” turned out normal looking and natural. Highly recommend if you want a natural looking glow but don’t have it in you to do what it takes to be a person who has an authentic natural looking glow!

I have always had a great experience with the friendly and helpful staff. The location is the reason I have chosen this location because I live on the outskirts. The only complaint I have is the speratic hours. Even though the sign on the door states they should be open they are closed. Doors locked, nobody there and no explantion of why they are closed. It is a bit frustrating to waste your gas and time and even though their own sign and website states open until 10pm I get there at 2pm and it is closed. This has happened a few different times now.

I am very upset with my experience at Springfield TR! First, I get there and it takes 3 tries to get the bed going, I had to get out and redress twice. Then, I noticed half the lights are out on both sides of the lid! I was NOT TOLD lights were out! I even waited a full minute in the bed! I get out and tell the girl, and she said she knew they were out!!!! Like, you REALLY didn’t think you should tell customers beforehand!? Now I can’t tan today because the computer says I already did! Very unhappy!
