They don’t respond to emails but force you to email when you are wanting to cancel your membership. Lovely way to get that extra money! I was told by employees I would not be charged if I was emailed. When I finally heard back 3 weeks later I had already been charged and they told me I wasn’t specific enough. If only they responded within the 48 hours they tell you it will be, and this never would have happened. Extremely disappointed, will not ever be returning after dealing with poor customer service multiple times.

So listen. EVERY TIME I walk in, the staff knows who I am and what I want, not to mention the times for each service. They welcome me with a smile on their faces, and just light up my day ❤️. On top of all of that, the facility is always clean, and they are very knowledgeable about products and services.

Getting less and less impressed with the staff at this location. My most recent experience, I was rudely greeted and insulted by the young lady at counter because I wasn’t aware they could put you on a wait list for a RLT bed. God forbid she do her job and politely inform customers of changes to process. Dealing with her terrible service and awful attitude ruined my intent for relaxation. Enter at your own risk!

The services are fine, but the versa spray machine really needs a deep cleaning. Last time I got a spray tan it was super thick and splotchy. Something, I was told by a worker, is due to the nozzles not being cleaned.

Paying for the top level bed that’s had theee bulbs out since I got my membership. Not happy. That’s a lot of money to pay for a bed that’s tanning one side of my face! Hopefully they fix this problem soon. Having one maintenance guy who’s on vacation might be the issue. Seems to me like they might need more than one. Really nice stuff and really clean place. I would definitely give it five stars if my bed had all the bulbs in top shape. I’ve had to downgrade twice because I don’t want to use the bed I’m paying for. If they get this problem fixed in a timely manner I’ll definitely change my star review. For the meantime I’ll be using one of the different locations even though I live two minutes from this place. It’s worth the drive.

All of the girls have been knowledgeable and friendly but I was especially impressed with Samantha’s knowledge not only of the tanning beds themselves but with all the products that are sold in the salon. The hours are great and the beds are always clean. Also it’s usually not too busy.

Purchased 10 individual platinum tans in 2018 for $172 because I don’t tan regularly; rather sporadically. Exchanged a few emails with Samantha who informed me that all tans expire in a year. They didn’t have this in writing; instead it is apparently plastered all over the store. I was informed I could gain access to the 10 by paying more money. I can’t review the place because I never got to use my tans, and why purchase something that expires? I wouldn’t purchase a gift card knowing it expired in a year because things come up in life and it may not have been accessible. Lesson learned, will not go there again.
