I went in during happy hour to get a spray tan. The machine that they have at this location is significantly different from their bend location and I have never been so dissatisfied with a simple spray tan before. I did everything that you are supposed to do. Even though I could hardly hear the machine, I followed every instruction step by step. I immediately noticed my hands, wrists and forearms were splotchy almost as if the machine had not been warmed up or used at all that morning. I have streaks on my forearms and and a HUGE orange spot. I was so annoyed I left immediately to head home and see if I could somehow fix this terrible tan. She had chose the shade that I had previously done at the bend location, however, it looks a lot more orange than what I’ve previously had. I was trying to be bronzed for a concert this weekend but now I will be wearing a long sleeve to hide my orange splotchy arms go to the bend location if you want a decent spray tan!

The staff are usually very nice and helpful. However, this place needs a deep cleaning like no other, and some serious TLC. I’m not sure if anyone has dusted since they first opened. Every surface of this place is just covered in thick dust. The ceiling, the walls, the corners of the rooms, and definitely the tanning bed fans. Sometimes I’ll be tanning and when the fan is on I’ll get a dust ball that lands on my body. I keep going back because it is one of the few places in Redmond to tan, but please, PLEASE get someone in there to clean it.

3/9/22 The self tanning booth was broken. It seems that their self tanning equipment is broken or “down” frequently. I explained it to the employee that I was a little disappointed she informed me that Redmond had just installed versaspa spray tan. So I drove all the way out to the redmond location. I’m not even surprised they are closed at 1pm on a Wend.

I have loved tanning in the past, but this place has ruined it for me. They can only run one of their high level beds one at a time.their machines are so old and get so hot they have to have other fans blowing on them to cool down, and even still you have to wait an extra 10 mins before you can get in and turn on due to heat.

I came in today wanting to start a tanning package. I am not yet in the system so instead of taking the time to put me in the system the gal working let up to 8 or even a few more people go before me. I was waiting for over 30 mins still with no help and the people filing in from outside were getting helped. I ended up leaving.
