As other reviews have said this place has horrible customer service. I cancelled my membership in July and just realized they’ve been charging my account for 3 months. I drove there to cancel in person to ask what I needed to do and the girl told me I was all set and it was cancelled. Well because I didn’t email them requesting a cancellation they “have no proof” I wanted to cancel. They emailed me saying they have a note on my account that I requested to be cancelled though. How is this not proof that I wanted it to be cancelled? If I was told that I needed to email them to cancel I easily would have emailed them to cancel. The girl gave me a card that I could email if I wanted to to see if they could “catch it in time” before the next withdrawal. She never told me that I had to email the email to cancel. She told me I was all set. I’m not sure why places like this refuse to refund customers in these situations. If this was a rule then maybe a printed copy of the requirements to cancel should be supplied because clearly the people working there aren’t equipped to answer questions when asked in person. They literally have record of me requesting to cancel and yet there is “no proof” and there’s “nothing they can do”. I guess that’s Medford oregon for ya.

I went in to do red light therapy after having laser resurfacing treatment. I can’t remember the girls name but I think it was savannah .. she said she was new. Anyway she was absolutely wonderful. She went over all of the beds and what they did and took her time answering ALL of my questions. I will be signing up for tanning once I am able. 5 stars!!!!

I went in here with my daughter in law, she bought a monthly package of spray tanning, & I did a single spray tan… mine came out ok, however it wasn’t the level I was told it would be. My daughter in law was put into a room that was not functioning properly & also not given the level she was told. The gal at the desk was not forthcoming on the room not working until after we were done! She was fully aware of it from the start! Not good business. We were told to email the Owner that there was nothing they could do.
