Started up a Gold membership today- really appreciated that I wasn’t pushed to get a higher package, expensive lotions, etc – that’s actually one of the main reasons I decided to choose this tanning salon for this summer after a not so great experience at a different place last summer. I called before I decided to go in, to ask about their offerings and the young lady was really helpful and happy to answer my many questions, lol. They have a great selection of package options which is nice, and I LOVE that the membership option includes spray tanning and red light therapy- you really get a lot for your hard earned $ here. The bed I used today was big and comfy, and I can already see some color after just 12 minutes in the bed, so I’m happy It’s a nice, clean place and I’m looking forward to getting my tan on for the next couple months here

I’ve been here a couple of times to take advantage of their promotional offers. I am extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the building and tanning beds. The main aspect of this Tan Republic that sets it apart from others is the customer service. The staff is knowledgable and extremely helpful. They don’t try to push you into buying a package or product, but explain options that will fit your tanning goals and leave the decision up to you. So pleased with the new ownership and team here. Well done!

The Kruse village tan Republic is amazing!! I’ve gotten a couple sprays tans through them and wow!! I was so happy with how it turned out! Not only are their machines super good but the staff there is amazing! I was greeted with a smile and always have a nice conversation with them. I highly recommend them!! Ashley and her team are so awesome!!

I went in recently to get a spray tan for a friends wedding that I was in and it came out looking SO natural! This is hands down the best spray tan I have ever gotten, and I’m pretty fair skinned so I have had my fair share of them! 🙂 The staff there was also super helpful & friendly!! I will definitely be going back there for all my tanning needs.

The owner rocks but a few of her employees are horrible. I had to wait over 38 mins. to use a bed that was availible because a person who was still using redlight had asked to use it AFTER her redlight therapy session. So rather than putting me in the bed in the mean time, she made me wait and was incredibly tart and rude. It took me an hour to complete a 10 min appointment because of her lack of professionalism. I asked if it was company policy she said that it was and after asking a friend who owns another TR site, I was informed that it in fact was not. The location is nice but there are a couple of incredibly unprofessional, entitled staff members. Because of 2 outrageous appointments like this, I will not be back.

I have had only the worst experiences at this location. Their systems are down frequently, and when the bed I typically used was out of service, I was told I would have to pay for the upgrade. The staff does not seem to care, outside of one individual who covers from another store. I left several requests for the district manager to call me and never received a call. I purchased a groupon valued at over $100 and was put in the lowest bed, which costs no more than $25 a month. I will be following up with the BBB. Was a long time client of Tan Republic and will never be going back.

Really great customer service here. Our session started off haltingly due to a machine malfunction, but the receptionist on duty was super helpful and I’m happy I got to tan! Will definitely be back.
