The services and staff there were good. My complaint is their cancellation policy and my experience with it. First, it is ridiculous that you have to cancel 30 days in advance. Second, I sent an email on April 18th to cancel and have still been charged for June and July.

I love the beds as well as the people there. I came in the other day to get setup with tanning as I had never done it before. Alyssa set me up with the perfect lotion and was very knowledgeable of the products to fit my needs. Overall the place is great and very clean. The only thing that I do not like is that there is no membership card or anything of that sort. I have to say my name every time that I come in Still a five star.

Critical: ValueI bought a package and had no issues with the facility.However, I froze my account and was told there was a small fee (which is fine) and I could reactive it with no charge, but when I came back I was charged an additional fee and neither of the staff members I spoke to were on the same page.When I got relocated for the military, I had to cancel my package and when I went to the store I was told I couldn’t and that I would have to submit a 30 day email notice. I emailed the location to cancel my package, never heard back from them, and am STILL getting charged. Honestly, best salon!! I wasn’t sure what to expect coming in originally. I had gone to the salon down the road YEARS ago but this one was closer to the gym I go to and just made more sense. I called the day I wanted to join and was lucky enough to speak with the owner of the salon… By. Far. Best. Salon. Experience… He went above and beyond with his service. On top this, the salon is ALWAYS clean, the girls who work here are all sweethearts and will help with anything and everything, and the establishment itself is one that should definitely get more credit for being such a great salon.
