Horrible customer service. I bought a while ago spray tans and reg tan session that i was assured would not expire and i could use at anytime. I explained that i traveled and they said no problem they were good until used with no expiration. I was in Texas most of this past year and when i went to go use them the other day i was told they had expired and were no longer in my account that they had been delete. Why would a company delete their information about sales for their company???? I told her that i was told they did not expire and I asked to have the girl call the manager. She told me they were not allowed to call the managers and i would have to email them to get it taken care of. After several days i finally get a response and…..Hello Missie

I have a been a member of tan republic for 25 years and the customer service at the Keizer location just continues to diminish. The tanning membership packages are expensive and to have a very unfriendly greeting when you walk in the door (pretty sure the front desk gal is either family or owner) is unbelievable. They don’t recognize the members due to high turnover and if it’s not the owner or family, it’s always someone new. I have called to see if equipment is working and it is SHOCKING that their voicemail is always on and says “we will not take your call or call you back, but instead will receive an email”. Seriously??? I’ve been going here forever and it’s never busy. The fact that you won’t return a paying customer’s calls back is just shocking. I know the franchise owner and I’m surprised Lance puts up with this type of customer service. Please fix now or you will lose another paying customer.
