When Lily called the manager at another store to talk to this lady the lady was lying about what Lily had told her. I hope the manager at the other store doesn’t give in to that VERY RUDE LADY. This location is wonderful and the employees are professional and polite. Poor Lily today though had a VERY rude customer a head of me. When Lily called the manager at another store to talk to this lady the lady was lying about what Lily had told her. I hope the manager at the other store doesn’t give in to that VERY RUDE LADY. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe first time I went in here the girl working was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She spoke to me like I was notemtally capable of understanding her. 2 of my roommates went here at a separate time as I did and we’re treated the exact same way. I went back because I wasn’t going to allow one bad apple ruin it for the entire business. But, I was talked into buying this “amazing” lotion for $87.00! And it turned me bright orange! It has self tanning lotion in it which I was not aware of nor informed when I bought it. Had I wanted to turn orange I would have gone to Walmart and bought there lotion for $2.00. I fully recommend that you save your time and money and go across the street to Rumors Salon. They are an amazing place, company, family owned.
