Critical: ProfessionalismI got a supscrption here for my girlfriend and I and we canceled it about a month later because we never went anymore and so we call to cancel it and they say that’s fine you’ve already paid for this month next month will come out and we will be done with it and I said that’s fine we’ll January 7th we get a message saying we owe because we didn’t have money on that card and we thought that was extremely weird so we call and they say we never canceled that even though the last time we went was July 7th 2021 that she had no way to prove that we canceled just telling us that we didn’t cancel was arguing with us because she stole 500 dollars from me but she has no record of it so if you ever think if a place to go tan I would not choose this place because the owner does not care about anything but money. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI absolutely love this place so far, I’ve only been the one time today but as soon as I walked in, I felt very welcome, the beds are amazing and Suzette has great deals. I’m actually switching from a different tanning salon here in town dye to their unfriendliness, so tan rageous is absolutely what I was looking for.Service: Tanning
