Critical: ValueThe people that work here are really nice, but previously owning a business of my own it’s very interesting. I come up to this area every couple of months, and I wanted to do a unlimited monthly spray tan. Needless to say they don’t offer one, they want to put you on auto pay and you have to pay for months you’re not even here. At one point they were running a special that the owner had told me about, but at no point in time did she tell me that I needed to come in on specific days for that special. She just said they were running a special for January, so I went in today being the 5th of January… And ask for the monthly special, apparently I missed it by 2 days. Instead of allowing me to do the monthly special since I’m here for the month of January only, and I would be willing to pay the full price even though I would have missed a week… They said they cannot do that, so I had to pay $40 for the tan. It is a double dipped tan which is pretty neat, or you can pay $30 for one single tan. I have an unlimited membership with Palm Beach tan, that’s $39.99 a month. I just wanted to find something closer to the house, rather than having to drive to Lima. However, I guess I will be making that drive. Just sad, I would have been willing to pay double that for the rest of this month.
