I use to like this tanning salon! The corporation are frauds!!! They fraudulently charged me for 2 months at almost $70 a piece where I did not even go. They said they can give me a credit at their salon but refuse to return my funds that I never gave permission for them to charge. If you choose to go here, DO NOT give them your card info!!!

The staff are probably the best group of girls working in a store /or a salon. Very nice and genuinely like their job! And the state of the art tanning beds and bronzing bed speaks for itself! They changed all the bulbs in almost all the beds so you get a really good tan fast. And the beds have aqua and eroma mist that sprays you every couple of minutes that’s my favorite option with the tanning beds. And the bronzing bed its worth being a member just to be able to use it whenever you want. It feels like the hottest day of the year and you been out in the sun for 9 hours as soon as it turns on its amazing. This place is awesome!!

Recently just started going back yesterday. I haven’t been in there since they opened because I wasn’t a big fan of the staff in the beginning. Now the staff is phenomenal. Both girls were so patient walking me through the different lotions and their purposes and sharing their own personal experiences. They were extremely knowledgeable of the products they were selling as well as the different packages they offer (that part is a tad bit overwhelming, but they walked us through it) and surprisingly they didn’t push the most expensive pkg … They really listened to what we were wanting and pointed us to towards the middle pkgs. We just started our first monthly unlimited. I’ll update the review if needed. So far, so good ❤

I honestly can’t believe how I was treated over the phone. Heather the manager was so incredibly rude. I’ve never been treated so bad IN MY LIFE by someone in the service industry. Wow. Asked what time they close and if I came in would I still be able to get a bed. She said I’ve already called her already and she has already told me the time. I NEVER called there. It hurt my feelings and I told her that she was rude and she shouldn’t treat customers that way. I am honestly in awe. BAD attitude.

Beds don’t get as hot as other local beds. They also charged me after I canceled my plan. They made it right and refunded me, but it still shouldn’t of happened.
