Staff is never in the front. You constantly have to wait a long time to get into a bed or to even see a staff member. It is very frustrating when you are on your way to work or on a time crunch. Some days I have waited 15 plus minutes before walking out.

My husband likes to tan here plus he loves their cleanliness. He has been a member for 10+ years at about $250 monthly that’s about $6K annually give or take. So…no need to say we are dedicated. We dont complain of the monthly maintenance down time, we just simply wished they had later hours or simply not break down their spray machine until closing. The frustration my husband feels when he rushes 20 minutes here before closing time to just be told they have broken down the spray machine that gives him his lovely color (that I too love) is palpable. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating

I have been going to Tan Pro for well over 10 years, but after the last year they stopped changing their bulbs to new ones. Then within the last couple months , I’m sure because of all the complaints, said that beds 19, 20, 21 have had new bulbs. They’re are not new bulbs! Maybe they switched some out to these beds that had less hours , but they’re not new bulbs. I do want to say that the staff are great there, nothing but friendly and superb customer service. It’s just a shame that the owners and the corporate office continue to lie to their loyal customers about having new bulbs
