The beds are never clean. They shut off in the middle of your session. The manager doesn’t know what she is doing. She is very disrespectful to customers. Talks about everyone customer and her employees. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Tuscan is so much better. Beds are clean and great customer service.

In the last two years corporate tan pro has taken a save money approach and not much is done to upgrade the salons. Bulbs rarely changed. Bathrooms broken. Broken beds. The staff changes very frequently and they are all great people but not paid well and no benefits make it hard to keep consistent customer service. It’s very hard to not cancel. But I hope it soon gets better. This used to be the best place to join.

I love TanPro, but this location will be avoided going forward. The beds are outdated. I literally had to hold the top to keep it from smashing my body in it. The staff is not very friendly. I go to another location that is not far from this one. I won’t go here again.
