The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and everything was clean but in my opinion it was very expensive and they put me in the wrong room so I had to come find an employee because the bed obviously wouldn’t turn on, the employee had to call someone to find out what to do cause they were wanting to charge me again over their own mistake. I didn’t end up paying for it again but it took forever just for 1 single visit. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I bought a one month tanning package with only certain days I was able to tan on before vacation (due to working night shift) and one of the days I came in the computer system was down and I wasn’t able to tan. Another day I showed up at 8:05am when they were supposed to open at 8am and it was closed. I wanted 10 minutes to see if someone was going to show up, NOPE. What a waste of my money!

Had such a great experience at the Sylvania Ave Tan Pro…Jen was the operator in charge today and what really impressed me was how knowledgeable she was about the products and services they offered. I had tons of questions and she was able to answer each one, while being patient. I remember her from previous visits and she always had a smile on her face. The facility is also very clean and I never have to wait for a bed..highly recommend this Tan Pro!

BUY YOUR LOTIONS THROUGH EBay OR AMAZON NOT HERE!!! Tan pro on King/Sylvania is a JOKE! Husband not even in the market to buy additional lotion just got SCAMMED into purchasing a tanning lotion described fm the desk mngr as “working just as good if not better” than his currant $100+ bottle. He figured what the heck; used it 1X & hated it! NO results whatsoever! Tried to exchange it for an additional bottle of his prior lotion & even offered to pay any additional charges w/no luck. (I think they see him & think $$$) Instead we were left dealing with the uneducated trained mngr & little kid employees @the counter chuckling & whispering shenanigans. On top of this We also got the pleasure of getting the lights turned off on us in our rms before getting dressed fm tanning! NOT cool! (mind u front doors were locked shut 15min before closing time!) when asked to speak w/ the head mngr to plead about our pressured lotion purchase & Unsatisfied with the promised results the older woman said she’s the DM LOL yeah right! This is by all means NOT A PROFESSIONAL & or friendly
