Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis is my first year tanning here. I’m really impressed with the nice staff and they don’t make me feel nervous to ask questions. I feel the prices are so much better than Palm Beach, where I was previously tanning. Always very clean. This is definitely where I’ll be tanning in the future as well.

I haven’t had a single issue. The employees have been nothing but nice. The tanning services are affordable. The hours are great. I would say their lotions are over priced but you going to have that anywhere. And besides with package you can get like 40% off the lotions. And they are clean.

I LOVE this tanning salon. I can’t even count how many tanning lotions I own from their and the staff is so so helpful and sweet. All the girls know all their customers and build a good repor with their customers. Plus if you need help or have a problem they always meet anyone’s needs. I went to go tanning at Tanpro here in Marion to get a base tan for summer and was told it was going to be $70 plus a month and was laughed at when I walked in. Not only were they rude, they couldn’t even do the math of 50/2 to get prices for lotion. Then when I asked them why so much they had the response that you have to pay a fee to go there and a fee for minutes. I have tanned multiple times to know that is untrue. They’re a rip off! Glad I walked out and went to LA tan where I tanned for $23.99 a month! Needless to say, DON’T got to Tanpro here in town!! Rude, unprofessional, and unintelligent. I then was sent friend requests from the people who “helped” me. I do not want any of my personal information used for anything other than business!

They have an Auto pay option and double charge accounts….. got there and nobody would fix the issue and then after all this they currently don’t have any of there “grand” beds working which is supposed to be the best option and also highest costing packing at $70 a month even being an auto pay customer
