Tan On the Boulevard

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in yesterday for the first time for an airbrush spray tan and I was lucky enough to have Amy do my tan. I’ve had airbrush tans before, but have never dealt with someone so experienced, knowledgeable and kind doing my tan. The salon itself was great, front desk staff was super friendly and the room where I received my spray tan was clean and exactly as I expected. Amy’s level of customer service was outstanding, too. I felt so comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. She really seem to enjoy making others look good and feel good about themselves. She was a real joy. This experience convinced me that I need to buy one of their packages for the Summer. I went in yesterday for the first time for an airbrush spray tan and I was lucky enough to have Amy do my tan. I’ve had airbrush tans before, but have never dealt with someone so experienced, knowledgeable and kind doing my tan. The salon itself was great, front desk staff was super friendly and the room where I received my spray tan was clean and exactly as I expected. Amy’s level of customer service was outstanding, too. However I needed it before a trip at the end of the summer so I looked at more places. I reached out to Tan on the Boulevard via the website and Amy responded in less than 12 hours. She addressed all of my concerns about being completely new to the process. She helpfully explained how it worked, what I would need to do prior to my trip, and assured me they would help me along the way, all without being condescending or patronizing. Amy put me at ease and made me feel comfortable going in. I met her the next day and she was just as kind as on the phone. She explained everything so I felt comfortable using the beds. Even better, the treatment I received was emulated by every other employee. All of them were so helpful and kind every time. Sometimes great service can be just one employee, but not at Tan on the Boulevard. They are able to make newbies like me to experienced customers feel at ease and always treated with the the utmost respect. I had only been to one other tanning business and the experience was left me never wanting to go back to any other establishment. However I needed it before a trip at the end of the summer so I looked at more places. I reached out to Tan on the Boulevard via the website and Amy responded in less than 12 hours.
