I have used the salon a couple of times. None of the times have been wow amazing. But this last time I used them was awful. I got my nails done january 17th. I went back yesterday January 30 to have 2 of my nails fixed. The gentleman that did my nails on the 17th was there so he fixed them again but terrible. He rushed through and barley filed leaving the nails crooked and left excess on the tips of my finger. Today I noticed another two nails were cracked and my middle finger completely broken, real nail and sns broken off. For the price they charge they should last MUCH longer than a week.

The technician was friendly but he definitely did not take his time. This was literally the fastest pedicure I have ever had and I chose the “Deluxe”. The nail salon I normally go to, and get basically the same pedicure that was described on the menu, takes anywhere from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Not here!! I was in and out in a little less than 30 minutes. Needless to say, the foot and leg massage did not last long. It wasn’t crowded, so there was no need for the technician to rush through my service. My heels are still just as tough as they were when I went in. So, if you want to throw away 45.00, this is definitely the place to do it. I will say that the polish looks decent, and as I said in the beginning, he was friendly. I prefer for someone to take their time, let me relax and make me feel like I am getting my money’s worth! Lesson learned.

Asked for the $30 pedicure. My polish was not completely taken off so I ended up with 2 colors—looked bad. Charged more than on price sheet then waited for me to give her a tip-showing me the notice asking for cash tip. I will never go back. Very disappointed. That was my second visit and said I would not go back first time. Sorry I gave them another chance.

I did not have an appmt but I was there early enough so they were able to take me in right away. Pedicure was fine but I was NOT pleased with my pink & white fill in. She spent more time texting, talking on her personal phone & running back & forth trying to finish 2 other customers other than myself. When she finished, you could see where she tried to pulled off the other nail underneath & left it partially on & partially off. You could clearly see it under my nails when she was completely finished. I was NOT happy & it looked very unprofessional. I asked her about it & she said it was the nail underneath. I said you should have taken the the nail off instead of leaving it partial. $110 is NOT anything to sneeze at, I will not be back!!

0/10. Lol to my suprise the guy who did my nails was using nail glue that looked like the ones that come with the cheap nail set in the stores. Mind you I did my nails 1 week ago and 7 nails have popped out. I just had to take the rest out cause it was beginning to look embarrassing. Not only was my nails bad but the two times I’ve gone there, their attitude has been bad towards me but I still tipped cause I have a good heart. I suspect it’s because of my skin colour cause the white people before me did not experience what I did and I saw that for my self. If your black , just know you won’t get treated right

DON’T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! When I went about a month ago, I made an appointment for 1:00. I didn’t get seated until 1:35 because they kept taking care of the walk-ins first which is ridiculous!! On top of that, when the time came for my nails to be removed, it came off gooey, which means they’re using illegal MMA products at this facility. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they got shut down 🙂

This place is awful. I’ve been here twice and both horrible experiences. This last time, Tina gave me an SNS manicure in TWELVE minutes. I had to ask her to cut my cuticles, and she left polish on my skin. The place is also as dirty as a gas station. Will not be back.

Call this nail shop today and I asked did they have any availability for a full set and pedicure and the lady told me yes that come around 5:15pm I arrive a few minutes early!! Walked in !! I was not greeted so I just sat down! The lady walks up to me and asked me what services I want so I told her that I had an appointment set for 5:15 for a full set and a pedicure!! The lady response was that one of the worker went home early! I said ma’am I just called u less than 20 minutes ago!! She said just come tomorrow so I said “no’ I want to return!! As I returned to my car I see a young lady white walk in and she walked directly back to the back and they began a pedicure on this lady!! I was in shock because I didn’t think that my race would be an issue of me getting myself pampered!! So I guess race does matter!! Please avoid this place!! The reviews are definitely true

Bad attitude! I asked the lady that did my full set to fix the clump of nail polish on 2 fingers and she complained I was being picky and denied me a pedicure. Not to mention she burned my cuticle twice with the drill. My thumbs are very uneven and the nail polish looks like I had the polish on for a whole week. The lady that did my nails was the rudest nail tech. Then over charged me for the full set. The finished nails look like someone in grade school shaped and painted them. This place is a joke! I do not recommend this place. Please save your money and go to a highly rated place there is a reason for 3.5 rating!
