Should have a sign that says no kids allowed! The shop was completely empty and I asked if My 12 yr old could wait in the waiting area with my other son in the stroller (10 minutes) and the girl said no. Thought that was just rude. The lady didnt even say it politely either. She just said “no kids allowed in the shop!!!” I could see if it was little kids running around but my little one was asleep and my other son is 12 and very mature, for 10 minutes? That was rude. Plenty of other places that wouldn’t have minded. I drove 45 minutes to get my son’s haircut next door and liked their bed the one time I tried it, but I’ll never go there again. Maybe the front desk girl should learn good customer service. Had she been polite I would have completely understood. Its was on 7-3-18 @9:45am.

Love this salon! not only do they have tanning beds but also spray tan, and sauna. Staff is very nice and informative. Reasonable prices. clean!!! wish they had a smoothie/ or fresh juice bar tho!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been tanning for almost 30 years – in Florida, Indiana, Richmond VA and here in Chicago land.I love how nice each cashier is, I love the beds, I have unlimited tan and had to go to Virginia at short notice and they extended my unlimited deal for another week!I’ve been tanning almost every where and i used to think Tanning Plus in hickory hills was number one for their hydro beds (water mist during tans) but I noticed that yes the hydrobed was a more relaxing bed- you only need 12 min- and I loved how tan I looked afterwards. But the bed at tan lines express has given me a rich, golden tan on my entire body. I’ll include a pic forgive the pic of my legs- bad car accident broke both legs. Nevertheless they are golden tan.So tan lines express is awesome. Sunday tans are $6 which is amazing, considering in Richmond- palm beach tans cost $49 for ONE visit and you only get 5 minutes in their best bed.I have been tanning for almost 30 years – in Florida, Indiana, Richmond VA and here in Chicago land. …More

I don’t tan often but when I go to Tan Lines Express I never get pressured to buy extras. The girls are extremely nice everytime I go there. I’m in the retail business and good customer service goes a long way.
