Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t usually do bad reviews & I waited awhile to write this..BUT it bothered me so bad I feel I have to say I’m all about customer service. That’s the buissness I’m in (hence my late response) the owner was remarkably rude, I was new & expected some info about services,prices etc instead I got the most uncomfortable vibe. He acted like he didn’t know why I was there…odd..I paid fo 1 session since I was already there. Then I asked the lady who walked me back to the room if he was having a bad day & she acted like that was the norm. Needless to say I’ve been in Vegas over 20 years & been to many tanning places. Great place for tanning. Have been only coming here for a couple of years but don’t plan on going elsewhere. The prices are reasonable and the beds and the shop are always clean. The owners that run the operation are always nice to chat with.

The owners were great they were both knowledgeable, funny & nice. Everything was kept very clean, the packages were affordable and the spray tan was quick. I drove from Buffalo & Charleston, over 20 miles, to this location & I would go back.

I recently bought the 3 package spray tan for 75, which is a good steal. I am very weary of spray tans as they can turn out looking orange. I exfoliated well the morning before I went. There was a protective lotion provided that I put on between my fingers and toes and on my fingernails. The women who sprayed me was friendly and asked me if I wanted my face sprayed once or twice. It was a fairly quick process and I was in and out. I waited the 8 hours for the tan to settle and I was so happy because the color did not turn out orange! This was a great experience and I will be going back!

Bought a groupon for 3 tans, used one of them and the color was orange even though they stated it would not be plus it faded quick..the owner was a pervert he tried to hit on my friend and I even though he admitted he was married. I was unable to use all my tans before the expiration period and when I called to ask if as a courtesy he would extend the date to me he basically told me no and too bad i paid a cheap rate with groupon anyways so no. I understand policies but wanted to ask if they would work with me to keep my business and apparantly they wouldn’t.
