Lost me at hello (as a potential new customer). 2 attendents were seated at desk with Taco Bell food spread out on counter. $50 to try out a one time basic spray tan? Hard pass. Will not return.

This company is incredibly misleading and as previous customers have stated, they’re difficult to let you cancel. My card expired a few months ago and a tanning membership is the last thing you usually think about when setting up your autopay. I received notifications that if I paid today my membership would be reinstated. I went in ready to tan and was completely let down by this lie. Apparently this company believes that I owe them for every month since my card expired despite what the misleading email stated as well as the fact that they have “easy cancel”. To set up a new account the money I paid to get my account reinstated would not transfer over. They would keep it and I would need to pay to set up a new tanning membership at the same fee plus the registration fee. While keeping the money that I paid for the other membership. My only advice would be to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are too many good tanning places for THIS to be the one you pick. Save yourself the trouble!

I really like this place. I changed over from Palm Beach Tan because this place is closer, cheaper & includes spa services the other place didn’t have. All of the staff so far have been extremely nice and helpful. And the facility itself is very pleasant, clean & updated. Good job guys!

The staff is friendly and beds are good. Always clean and I never have to wait much for a bed. The only negative I have to say is they recently removed the use of free in bed goggles, I feel that should always be a free service provided by the salon, customers should not be obligated to purchase protective eyewear when paying a monthly fee. Think safety, not profits.

Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Got a membership and the lady who helped me explained all the differences in packages available and was not pushy at all.. I’m am so excited to use it. Very clean rooms and beds. They also have spray tanning available!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I’m just warning you not to do business here!!! The beds are basic and I feel thy are not that clean so please bring your own spray or wipes. Also, I went in to cancel my membership for health reasons and I gave a 30 day notice. I thought everything was fine and I didn’t even tan in that 30 day notice. Jump to 6 months later I received a letter stating I had a $130 balance. I called the number on the letter and the lady said she really didn’t know what’s going on but I could talk to her boss when she got in at 4:30pm. So I called back at 5:00 and the manager said she didn’t understand why they are charging me either so she referred me to her manager named Sheryl. They said they were not allowed to give me Sheryl’s phone number but they could give me her email. So I emailed her explaining my situation. Four days later I get a letter from the collections company (on the email address I had emailed Sheryl) stating I now owed $160. So they conduct poor business and no one can give me an answer why I would owe that amount after I cancelled the contract with a 30 day notice. Please do not sign any contract with this company!!!

I’m in from out of town and just needed to one time tan. It would have been nice to use the level 5 bed. Amanda was great and tried to accommodate. Owner wanted me to buy$70 in credits, equivalent to 2 tans. I only needed $35 I’m credit, as I’m not going to be in town to use 2 tans, and there isn’t a location near me one once I’m home. Amanda asked owner, owner wouldn’t sellI to accommodate. So I settled for the $20 level 3. I didn’t have my lotion with me. Figured I could buy the single use pack. Nope. Owner sells the single use in a bundle of about 20 packs. No use for a whole pack of different ones. I have a big bottle at home…. So basically, I would have spent more money if any of the above would have happened. Amanda is great. Customer service on her part. Overall experience could have been way better. Next time I’m in town, this will not be my go to salon.

I wouldn’t leave a single star if it were not required to leave the review. This place is Subpar to say the least. Broken Equipment, Unclean, Unethical, Uncaring, Near Impossible to cancel. Have NEVER had such a negative experience with a business before.

I can’t say enough about Tan It All at Stone Hill! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products and services. They make it a point to address you by your name. Which is rare I find anymore. Cleanliness is never an issue here. Always spotless! Hands down the nicest place you’ll find to tan in or around Pflugerville.
