I don’t typically write negative reviews but I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Anytime I visit their spray tan machines are down or something is wrong with them. It’s unfortunate because that’s the only reason I have a membership with them.Don’t waste your time and money It doesn’t seem like they care about the upkeep on this location.

Long story short, I have been charged a membership fee twice in one month totaling $90.90 after canceling my membership. Management remains to be unresponsive to a resolution. My bank has advised me to cancel my card which is a huge inconvenience and leaves me several days without a card. This establishment has shown a lack of ethics and professionalism. And the bulbs are mediocre and built so you have to tan constantly. You shouldn’t have to tan 5 days a week to maintain a good tan. I tanned one day in another salon and got a much better tan than I did in a month there. So happy I decided to cancel but now Im fighting to get my money back.

All the people who work here are friendly and accommodating. There are a few who even know my name and have me checked in when I walk in the door. Pricing is very reasonable and everything is clean which is a HUGE plus! I’ve been to some places I have to request to clean my own bed they do such a poor job and have NEVER had that be an issue at Tan it All

I love coming here to tan. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable on what type of bed or lotions are great for me at the time. I am always greeted with a smile every time I walk in and a nice farewell when I leave. The wait for a bed is either never or maybe a few minutes. Never an issue there. Huge fan of the clean beds, floors, etc. I’ve been to places that had leftover lotion from prior tanner. (No thank you.) I love the specials that go on from lotions to tanning deals, always a plus. Thank you Tan It All, I’ll keep coming back for more!!!

I have been a customer at Tan It All for 6 months now. The employees are always gracious and helpful. The salon is always clean, cool and there are plenty of rooms so I rarely have to wait. I am very happy with my experience at Tan It All.

Tan It All had temporarily closed its doors due to Corona. They gave me a credit for the month that I paid for. Also,they did a reimbursement for the following month. Also, did stop future payments.

I’ve been going to the Tan It All in RR for about 3 years now and just recently started going to the CP location. Every time I’ve been the girls at the front desk are super helpful, whether I’m deciding between lotions or need an extra towel. It’s a great salon!

It was going fine, but when I went to cancel for the winter months, I was lied to about freezing the account. I was told the 5.00 a month would add up and go toward the month’s payment when I start it up again. This made sense, since I had planned to resume in the spring…(it avoids the initial membershipfee again). When I saw 55.00 come out in March, I called to ask about it. She said the accumulated money only goes toward products. I didn’t want products. I

Policies are a sham, employees have zero say in anything and have to text “management” and “owners” for every little thing (wont provide any contact info for mgmt either). When you pay for a FULL month of tanning dont you expect a FULL MONTH of tanning? Not here! You cancel and it cancels your account immediately and you are NOT refunded for any unused portion of your month and cannot tan until it is reinstated. I didnt want to get billed another month so I cancelled right after my last withdrawl… oh there goes a full month of service. So set that calendar reminder, folks!! It must be literally 2 days before your next draft or there goes another month. In full disclosure, the employee on site got the powers that be on the phone (still wouldn’t give me contact info) to reinstate my month but after some “what?!” And “whys” But wait, you have a store credit!! Oh sorry, you can only use it if you pay an equal or more amount out of pocket… someone explain to this place how credits work everywhere else.
