Critical: ProfessionalismAsked owner about their 10% discount if you purchase a monthly membership before your prior month membership ending. The question I had was if the new monthly membership started on the first tanning session or the day after your prior membership ended. I was told that it started the day after your priors month membership ended. I made a statement how that would not work out for me as I wouldn’t be able to make to tan until 5 days into my new monthly membership and if they offered a military discount. The owner writes me back being rude and sarcastic. I call and ask to speak to the owner. I ask if she was being sarcastic in which she answered yes. She began to argue with me on the phone and didn’t want to listen to what I had to say, so she hung on me. I write a review on Facebook for the business. Shortly after I write a review, I start getting harassed by her husband, daughter, her son in law, and friends for writing a review which was well within my rights as a consumer. I go to an appointment later that day, in which I already paid for the service. Before getting through the door the owner met me outside saying that I could not use my appointment in which I had already paid for. She tells me that I made her look stupid and that I bullied her staff, which is completely unfounded and had not been brought up until after the review was written. I have the phone conversation on tape, the conversation when I tried to attend my appointment, and screenshots of the harassment I received from family and friends. It will be turned into the Attorney Generals office.
