Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNever once did I get denied at a tanning salon for coming in exactly 15 minutes before they close, when I called in advance to make sure they would take me at 8:45 PM. I walked in at 8:45 and the girl did not come to the desk until it was 8:46 and proceeded to tell me they took their last tan for the night..lol. The only reason I was using this salon is not because of their outstanding equipment or customer service..it’s just the closest and most convenient one to me. I would not recommend. At all. They need to have way more professional staff, and by no means turn down clients. I have previously worked at a salon before, so I really don’t want to hear it. Bottom line, lazy, unmotivated, and unprofessional worker. Never once did I get denied at a tanning salon for coming in exactly 15 minutes before they close, when I called in advance to make sure they would take me at 8:45 PM. I walked in at 8:45 and the girl did not come to the desk until it was 8:46 and proceeded to tell me they took their last tan for the night..lol. After paying for 8 months, they finally sent me an email..after I waited 2 days for a call back, to cancel and told me I wouldn’t be charged for December. Well I just got charged again. They were very unprofessional and dishonest. They are refusing to refund the last payment. Very disappointed. Refused to let me speak to owner…girl on the phone said she was the owner when I know it wasn’t. Told me I had to physically come in to cancel so I kept paying even though I was not going due to the pandemic. After paying for 8 months, they finally sent me an email..after I waited 2 days for a call back, to cancel and told me I wouldn’t be charged for December. Well I just got charged again. Let’s face it; tanning is addictive and makes you feel better! I realized they have many convenient locations with North Ridgeville, Elyria, and Sheffield. At the Sheffield location I was greeted/helped by Izabel! After talking with her I received helpful and abundant information to help me with may tanning experience. Her knowledge is superb and her personality makes it even better. Isabel is kind, polite, patient and is a true asset to the company. I will continue to fulfill my tanning needs here at Tan City for as long as I am able. I first went to Tan City because it is close to my home and I wanted to prolong my summer tan. Let’s face it; tanning is addictive and makes you feel better! I realized they have many convenient locations with North Ridgeville, Elyria, and Sheffield. At the Sheffield location I was greeted/helped by Izabel! After talking with her I received helpful and abundant information to help me with may tanning experience. Her knowledge is superb and her personality makes it even better. Critical: ProfessionalismOpen till 4 today Sunday November 15th and girl counting drawer at 3:50pm. The door was locked i asked to buy a hemp lotion she shrugged her shoulders like who cares. Definitely not feeling great about this place! Wouldn’t go here anymore. Lost my business!Service: Tanning
