Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNo one working or going is wearing a mask here. Last time I came here when I went in the tanning booth there were dirty used hair nets, towels, & feet coverings laying around. Today I arrived at tan while a very young employee who was working her second shift ever struggled to help me. I asked for 3 level 2 tans she charged me $65 which I thought the book said was the amount. It took about 20 minutes of her trying to get the computer to put my sprays in.. I tried to help her. She thought she figured it out. When I went to the back the machine was torn apart and there was a message on it saying it was low on clear coat at 16% & the lotion. She was frantically trying to figure it out. After about 40 minutes I suggested she called someone for help.. the owner thought she figured out how to override that the machine was out of coats.. she also informed me I owed $15. After a total hour of waiting.. the owner decided that she was going to give me what I thought I had paid for minus the clear coat that was out because the machine needed filled. When I told her that wasn’t doing anything for me and I wanted a refund she told me I couldn’t have one until I come back in while the owner is working. Which is extremely inconvenient considering I spent an hour waiting and ended up having to go to a different tanning salon tonight.Service: TanningNo one working or going is wearing a mask here.
