Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI tanned at Tan City for a number of years. When the COVID 19 hit they closed their doors and when they reopened I was no longer comfortable tanning at their facility. I knew, and it was confirmed by an employee (Abby), that they are unable to completely clean and sanitize the beds and rooms between each guest. I cancelled my package, in writing. I was assured (by Grace) I would not be charged for the subsequent month. So much for assurances as they continued to charge me for the next month. Renee, the Tan City Manager refused to refund the money and only offered a credit. The credit is useless as I have no plans on returning due to the unacceptable cleaning protocol they have at their facility. I would feel differently if I had been convinced every aspect of every room was completely sanitized between sessions. However, when their own employee admits to their poor hygiene standards I would never return to any of their facilities. I’m certain they could have refunded me, by check. They refused.
