Absolutely terrible business. Manager and staff are completely unacceptable. Told me I couldn’t fully cancel my membership after reassuring them I was pregnant, so they said they could hold it for $5 a month. I said okay, I’ll come back when I’m not pregnant anymore that’s fine. I was charged $30 for a membership after 3 months of $5 holds. No one told me anything about how I had to renew my “holds”. Nothing makes sense & have been waiting on manager response (which I’m sure she will never get back to me because it’s been 4 days now) The girl on the phone claimed that I wouldn’t get my refund and that it was basically my issue and “the bank already took the money.” That’s incredibly unprofessional & dishonest. I will forever give this place a bad name and never return.

The Lasagna was delicious. The German chocolate cake was to die for. The chili was very good too. Coffee could have been better. Very satisfied. I will eat at Martini’s again soon and highly recommend it to others.

Horrible, horrible place to tan or purchase any tanning packages! This has happened to both me and my spouse. We came in and we’re explained one thing and then charged a separate price way above the said amount. The lady that owns the place also surveillances customers as she stated to me and my spouse on the phone in order to hold them to some sort of contractual agreements which is absolutely not even a thing legally. She said that this proves we were charged the correct price. She is very condescending and rude. When the high school girl operating the desk charged me incorrectly she said she would get her manger/owner to fix it and then we kept calling about it and the manager basically was so money hungry she refused to do anything about it. Be careful here they will state one price and charge your debit/ credit card another price and it’s not taxes and fees, it’s them playing games and then saying their system doesn’t do refunds or anything! This place scams people. Like I said this place is absolutely horrible, the beds are old, small and nasty as well and her prices are way to high. I would recommend tanning over by Aldi and Giant Eagle.

The communication between the staff, management, and customers is terrible. I spoke to three different employees and was told three different prices and when asked for management to call me on an issue it took her over a month to do only to be given no option and told “sorry we showed you the wrong price but you paid it so we can’t fix it because you should have known what we were talking about”. When being told that you have to deal with being over charged and stick with a package that as a customer I should have known better is absolutely ridiculous! Won’t ever tan here again!

Staff isn’t friendly. Walk in and she don’t even say hi. She just gives you a judgemental look. Asked to see membership options and she didn’t even care to explain any of them or try to sell me any. Don’t recommend.
