The owner of this salon (Chris) walked into my salon, Glimmer & Glow and vandalized one of our tanning beds. He is immoral and extremely unethical. Do not support this business! Police are investigating! His claim of nonpayment is laughable. He is a con man and is not a licensed Ergoline bed tech!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismBeds are nice compared to others in the area, but don’t come close to what I’m used to on the east coast. My main issue is that the staff are clueless and could use a lot more training. I think you should have experience using each bed in order to guide customers in their selections. Staff should also be able to answer basic questions about the differences in the beds. Additionally, they offer contactless payment, but the staff is not trained to use it and asked for my card without even attempting to let me use ApplePay. Lastly, CLEAN THE TOP ACRYLICS! Glad I carry my own cleaning solution…Beds are nice compared to others in the area, but don’t come close to what I’m used to on the east coast. This place is great. The owner and every employee I’ve met have been awesome! I have a feeling the bad reviews are from a competing tanning salon trying to bring them down because they’re the best in s.c. Area easily. Better beds, better service, better prices, better tan. Don’t kitche to haters and check it out for yourself! You don’t regret it!

I wiped bed and floor before use with babywipes that they provide and they turned black with filth. The owner yelled at me infront of 2 employees and a costomer, for using the bathroom. I made the mistake of using baby oil once and was informed next not to so i discontinued after 1 time of doing. The owner yelled at me for the assumption i continued which wasnt true. I cleaned before n after each use because i dont know who was before me or if they even clean. Guess not since the babywipes are black when i wipe down before laying on. Sorry for having good hygien. I tanned 1 time and the beds lights turned off half way through tanning session and also the fan didnt work yet they refused to let me finish time in another room. If you like dirty facilities, beds that may or may not work and are disgustingly dirty, and being yelled at by the bipolar owner then this is ur place to tan. Also the stand up tanning room has burmt out lights that never get replaced. This is a poorly ran business and im supprised they are still open. Better business bureau will love to hear this.

The salon itself is sparkling clean..but the spray on tan area has some nozzle problems and deluvers an uneven tan. There was no lotion or sanitizer available either.
