Made an appointment for my daughter with stylist Bria. Upon arrival (at the scheduled time) Bria asked if we could come back in an hour, which we did. 2 HOURS after the scheduled time she was yet doing other’s hair and still hadn’t even started on my daughter!!!! Then had the audacity to get somewhat of an attitude with me for questioning her lack of communication and timeliness!!! So unprofessional!!! Don’t patronize this stylist if you’re concerned with timeliness or professionalism at all!! If I could give her a 0 rating I would!!

I waited, had to walk over afte an hour to ask what was going on. I never got an apology I was told I can sit and wait or she’d call me to come back. Unacceptable after I paid a deposit for a time slot. And I would not be going to this extreme to try if I would just be acknowledged. I have not received my deposit back although services were not rendered I’m being ignored. I am so tired of spending money on awful services with not even an apology for ruining someone’s day. Lamaya was my daughters hairstylist. The first appointment went good but she completely stood my daughter and I up the next appointment SHE CONFIRMED with me the night before. I drove an hour away and waited outside the salon. Before I assumed she was unprofessional I checked her social media and she was at a kids skating party. Not sick or anything. I texted and called. She never showed up nor answered the phone. I tried to leave a comment on her page and she blocked me from her social media and all. DO NOT BOOK LAMAYA !!! She is a waste of time. Her work is great but it’s not even worth it when she picks and chooses not to show up. I heard of her doing things before in other reviews and took a chance since her work was so good.
