I’ve been coming to this shop for years and my daughter has recently gotten into getting her nails done. So I decided to take her. I called ahead of time because I know Friday’s can be busy. I received a time slot and I arrived about 10 min late. But the service I needed would of took less than 10min. Upon walking into the establishment, I was not treated the same way I usual am. Not only did TIM the owner did not want to do my daughter nails because he claimed she was moving ( she was doing an amazing job by the way and I was holding her fingers still) and he gave me the polish and told me paint her nails myself at home. Even though that is very much doable. My daughter likes the experience of the nail shop and he totally ruined it for her and disregarded her and would not even let me explain what I needed done. He wouldn’t let me talk & it was just overall the worst experience I’ve had. I will not be returning, customer service should matter. Not the amount of money your bringing for that day.

This was a recommendation from a customer of mine and I’m SO GLAD to say that it was beyond pleasant! Tim was the nail tech who did my nails and he was fast and efficient! He also had the best personality I’ve encountered when getting my nails done. He cracked jokes and we laughed pretty much the whole time. He definitely made it feel as though I was family with how comfortable everything was. On a last note, I live about 30 min away and this experience has made me confident in saying I will definitely be coming back.

This place is always busy but the staff is so efficient that they get you seated right away! Love most of the employees here. Of course I don’t really care for the fact that they mostly speak another language and I’ve heard a lot of people feel uncomfortable. They do a good job and they are very fairly priced.
