Okay, I wanna start off with saying that the atmosphere and customer service was good. Also, the prices were honestly pretty reasonable. BUT before I complain too much I want to say that I know I wasn’t the wisest for putting myself down for a mani-pedi an hour before closing time. I should’ve been smarter about it. The mani-pedi itself costed me $65.75. However, due to my foolish timing, I had to return the next day for the pedicure. That’s not a problem, but even after I made it abundantly clear to them that I’ve already paid for it,even going as far as showing them on my bank app They have the absolute audacity to charge me what they said was just $20.00. It was actually $20.75. So now not only did I have to pay money that I shouldn’t have had to pay, but now I’m stuck with this half done manicure. Which the design itself wasn’t bad, it was the fact that they faded these painfully obvious flaws that he didn’t even attempt to look over let alone fix. For example, a few of my nails have rough edges due to not being filed enough and nearly all of them have nail polish left on my hands from where he didn’t take just a few minutes to get it off my skin. This tells me that they couldn’t have cared less about me or my time that I paid for, just for the money he was going to be paid.

They were so amazing. The girl was super nice to me a little rough but overall my nails were great. Definitely my new nail salon 8/10 recommend. A little confusing to find since I’m not from here. But I promise it’s a place I’d definitely go back too. Besides that there’s only 2 workers so they have to stop after doing a little work on your nails to help with people getting their toes done. It was perfect ❤️

omg! i was told $40 on the call and then i went and got charged $50. the man was yelling at his wife. he was super rough and cut me with the drill twice! i was terrified. he got smart with me when i could not understand him. he did absolutely no nail prep and just went into it. the counter was nasty and didnt look clean. never will i ever return. i do not recommended!!

Decided to give them another chance after three months. Came in for a pedicure at 11:00 am it’s now 12:40 and still in the pedicure chair, it’s now 1:00 and i’m waiting on a manicure it’s now 1:36 and i’m done.Asked for a pedicure and all the products weren’t used he put the products I paid for a pedicure back into the case.I asked for gel on my toes and was told gel no good for toes,and can’t never get the color you want. The first pedicure was worth the money can’t say this about this one. I’m so done . It’s now 1:37 and they wanted to charge 55.00 but took five off for the wait. Nails weren’t even dry. I try to tell Ryan about my service and how unhappy I was but he wasn’t interested in hearing it. Will not be back

Called and asked if they did eye brow tinting and he said yes. So, I get there sign in and as he approaches me in the chair I ask to confirm that he does tinting he says yes…..well he begins to wax my brows and shape them and when he’s finished he turns out the light and says thank you ma’am. So then I ask him if he was going to tint them he acts as if he didn’t know what I was asking. DO NOT go there unless you know that “they” know what you WANT!!!! He showed no care or concern that he lied about doing the service and showed no shame in charging me $10 for a half done job. I WOULD NOT recommend my pet there! Absolutely no business integrity….!
