I took myself and my two daughters to get our nails and toes done. We asked when scheduling to all sit together. When we showed up they said they had no room and we sat on opposite sides. We spend close to $400 that day. By the time I got home one did nail already cracked off, and by 3 days later, half cracked off. I returned for a quick fix. They told me didn’t get my nails done by them and I would have to pay. I showed them pictures with time stamps over the last 3 days with the progression of the nails falling off and ripping my nails in the process. I pointed out who did them and then also showed them my bank statement with the transition. 2 workers began to argue and it was uncomfortable as the augured who would have to fix them. Then I was told to find another color. I explained they matched my toes. They told me they lost the color. I walked to the tech table and handed it to them since it was still in the same spot as 3 days ago. They were rude and unapologetic about the situation. Won’t be spending $ there again.

Visiting from out of town and chose this place based on reviews. I’m sad to say my experience did not live up to the 4.5 star ratings. The technician seemed annoyed at my presence, skimped on my “spa” manicure (zero lotion or exfoliation in the middle of winter) and left polish on the skin around my nails. Recommend going elsewhere.

The worst nail place I have ever been to. If you want what you ask for this is NOT the place! I asked for dipped powder they gave me gel. Not only were they terrible the nails started the peel off a couple days later! I will NOT be returning! Save your money and go some place else! Manicure

The prices are fair and the ladies are very nice. I love that they are open on Sunday as most other nail salons are not. The service was fast and they did a great job. They have massage chairs which were wonderful and time to relax. I had a manicure and pedicure with regular polish as for my job I have to remove it at times. Overall I’m satisfied with the experience I had today. I do wish that they had the bags that go in the feet bowl though because I’m slightly a germaphobe and it’s a good peace of mind seeing those used.

This nail salon is AMAZING! So happy with our nails, and they were able to accommodate a party of 5 same day with short wait for the appointment. Our techs were so fun and they knew exactly what we wanted without having to show photos of ideas. Mani/pedis alllllll day long!

They always do a good job on my nails. The ladies there know how to do nails to please the customer. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait time can be long; even if you have an appointment. Just make sure to plan extra time when you go.

I received a pedicure a few weeks ago by the young lady who seamed to be fairly new. I chose the deluxe pedicure, salon was clean, friendly staff, clean bathroom and many gel color options. Pedicure chairs a bit stiff for sitting long periods. While she did a decent job, she cut my toenails so short she made my big toes sore for 4 days. I’ve had multiple pedicures performed in many different salons and never experienced this. Very sore to the touch and to wear closed toes shoes. My toenails were a bit long when I arrived. She did not ask how much to cut or even if I wanted shorter, just kept cutting to the point she was digging so far into the corners and I was afraid she was going to make them bleed. After completing cutting she dumps all the cuttings and dead skin back into the pedicure bowl while my pedicure was still in process, leaving her to often brush off clippings or particles from my feet. Just not something I have ever seen before. I left with one pinky toe painted and the other pinky not???. I will say she gave an exceptionally great massage and was very pleasant during the whole process. While I had an appointment and my pedicure was almost complete as I was the only one in the salon for awhile, she made me sit and wait while she started a completely new pedicure on someone else when they did a walk in towards the end. This process took approximately 20 min. until she came back to do the final step of mine. I will not return to this salon again for fear of sore toes and adding unnecessary wait time to complete someone else’s pedicure that arrived after with no appt. I highly stress you ask to not have cut short. Just a bit more training needed for the young lady and with her wonderful massages she gives, she has the potential to do an amazing job in the future.
