Came here several times to get my nails done. They were crooked every single time and when I would ask her to fix them should say “oh they’re straight.” Every time I’ve come I made an appointment and they have made me wait 22 to 30 minutes for an appointment. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment at 1:30 and they sat me in a chair for 28 minutes and took to walk ins and started their pedicure before mine. What terrible service! I’m so angry. Don’t ever come here they’re terrible and I will never come back!

Critical: QualityThis is the worst nail salon I’ve EVER been too! I made a reservation for acrylic nails and when I got there I still had to wait because it was full. Then when I finally got my turn, the lady that did my nails did not do a good job. It seems they do not care bc ur a kid. Another thing is that when she was painting the nails, she smudged the paint. It still looks crusty. The shape is not what I wanted, it has smudges and it is very thin . This is the worst nail salon I’ve EVER been too! I made a reservation for acrylic nails and when I got there I still had to wait because it was full. Then when I finally got my turn, the lady that did my nails did not do a good job. It seems they do not care bc ur a kid. Another thing is that when she was painting the nails, she smudged the paint. It still looks crusty. The shape is not what I wanted, it has smudges and it is very thin . So please do not waste your money on this.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI recently moved down to south Ogden and was looking for a new nail place. I went in with 2 nails on (I know really cute) I got there and they sat me down super quickly, yet didn’t ask what I wanted done, just started removing my nails. Not only did they not ask what I wanted done, but during the removal process they cut my nail as close as they could and slid another unglued nail under the acrylic I had on already. Causing damage to my nail bed and some pain on my end. Not only is that super bad for your nail but shows the nail tech lacked basic knowledge of the removal process. Then he started to shape my nail without asking me the shape I wanted. I wanted the coffin and let him know after he started filing my nails. He added acrylic and then cut the sides into a ballerina/almond shape. I do love the color a lot but the shellac is messy. I went home and end up filing my nails down to the shape I wanted. I liked them after that. But not even a week later my thumb nail is broken. Super sad to have wasted my money. I went in with 2 nails on (I know really cute) I got there and they sat me down super quickly, yet didn’t ask what I wanted done, just started removing my nails.
