Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Within 4 days of getting a gel polish and a pedicure, my nails on my hands and feet BOTH started to chip. It doesn’t even look like I got my nails done less than a week ago! I went here to get services done before leaving town and instead my entire trip was ruined because they looked terrible. When I went to speak with them to let them know, they acted as if it was my fault. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and overall rudeness. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and the owner refused to do anything about it. Please do not waste your time or money here. It’s not worth it!!! I will never enter this establishment again.THEN she’s lying under my post. I didn’t just get a color change. I paid for gel removal AND a full pedicure. The polish came off three days after leaving the shop but I was out of town and couldn’t come back. I didn’t post those photos because it’s embarrassing how terrible of a job they did. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Within 4 days of getting a gel polish and a pedicure, my nails on my hands and feet BOTH started to chip. It doesn’t even look like I got my nails done less than a week ago! I went here to get services done before leaving town and instead my entire trip was ruined because they looked terrible. Tammy’s prices are low, 25$ for full set. My nails fell after 2 days when done by one of her technicians. She said the reason was due to oil on fingers. I called and went back in for a redo. She did it for free.

The service can be a bit pricey, they can do a better job with the designs on the nails. The nail technician, should have more free style design options for the customers to choose from in stead of your typical flower designs. Tammy is really great with the eyebrows.
