The worst place I have gone to. My sister and I went yesterday and the old guy told us to get out in the most rude possible way… Not only were they open their was like two customers in the nail salon … I hope the owner see this, and has a serious conversation with Employee or get Proper training in how to handle situations in a kindly matter.That’s no way to treat paying customers . Don’t recommend to go there…

I stopped by Tammy’s on Christmas Eve more than an hour before closing because of the good reviews. I stopped to get a gel manicure on my real nails. I waited 30 minutes before I was assigned someone. I first went to a gentlemen and he told me he couldnt help with my manicure because he only helped with fake nails. I waited again and went to the lady that did my gel manicure. She rushed the entire time, would get upset because the UV light wasnt turning on, was upset because I asked how much time it would take to do acrylic nails, while she was applying the polish i told her the polish kn my index finger was not good and if she could fix it. She ignored me, and continued with applying polish then oil at the end. I told her again the polish was bad and my thumb had extra polish and she got upset again. That she couldnt fix it because she was done. I told her she needed to fix it since i had told her before. Instead of removing it all she removed half of the polish at the tip and just applied more white polish over it. At the end it was lumpy and gross. I could’nt stay longer since it was past closing and had to get home. I definately dont recommend Tammy’s and have never had such a bad experience at any salon. I understand it was the holidays, but dont make your guest feel like they are an inconvenience when they sit in a chair.

ONE OF THE WORST NAIL SETS IVE EVER GOT!! Had to repeat myself many many times . Did not do the color I wanted . The easiest design ever was so uneven and not even close to what I wanted . Never coming back again .

Worst set of nail I have ever had! I wanted white tips but they were painted on and not a great job. Acrylic was left on the side, etc. The pedi was only half a pedi and not what I paid for. The instruments were not sanitized but the same as used on other customers. I have used this salon previously and was pleased. Trust me I will not be going back!

Critical: QualityThe people were nice and friendly. However, I had asked and showed a picture of the type of ombré design for my acrylic nails. She had said she knew how to do it and did not need to see the picture again. I left with four fingers looking awful! It looked very rushed and clearly not ombré, plus it looks like I have had my set for a week when it has only been two days! She had said she knew how to do it and did not need to see the picture again. I left with four fingers looking awful!
