I wear acrylic nails maybe once a yr on special occasions. I had to wash and go to DD’s so I decided to try this nail shop for the first time. When I walked in it was only two other customers and at least 4 visible workers. I picked up a menu and skimmed to see what services I wanted. I asked several questions about different services and the customers were responding once they too observed that the nail tech wasn’t responding. She just kept asking me what did I want after explaining to her several times that I wasn’t knowledgeable enough. She hit my cuticles several times and the over all application itself was rushed.

Yes very bad service. First time coming here they have a different price outside and at checkout another price. The lady Lisa was in a hurry wasn’t able to do a PEDICURE charged me $30 for not filing my nails not taking my cuticles off and just washing my feet with sopa. Yeah i could’ve done that at home. And thanks to the manager for not doing anything about it NEVER COMIG HERE AGAIN

Service felt rushed and they weren’t paying attention to what she was doing and cut a chunk of my cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Manicure and pedicure for me and my little sister. I did get shellac on both mani and pedi and my little sister got just a simple gell like color she is just 7 and charged me 110. Not even after her cutting a chunk of my finger off and dropping the bowl of water from the manicure all over me and my phone they didn’t nt even offer to compensate me a little bit. My finger still hurts.

I whent in for a pedicure the I told the lady I wanted a pedicure she looked at me told another lady then started talking in another language I honestly felt like they were talking about me idk most of us do but okay ! She charged me 30$ for the pedicure when the sign says regular pedicure 25$ she was trying to get me to get shellac bit I didn’t get it as it was 40$ I honestly felt like she didn’t like her job very much or that 30$ was very little money I didn’t find the finished product to look very professional it honestly looked like I did my nails at home I wouldn’t recommend honestly ….

Don’t waste your hard earned money on a pricey rushed job. I was in and out in less than 10mins for a $40 pedicure. The price was listed different come to the register the price was different. Workers definitely show preference over other clients. I was asked if I wanted to get my nails done I said no only pedicure. So the lady who was doing my nails completely changed her attitude towards me and was speaking to the other techs while they all turned around and looked at me while laughing and chatting. The nail tech doing my nails was chitchatting longer than she actually did on doing my pedi.
