Do not recommend this place, awful services, they don’t give you time to choose the nail color you like even though you have appointment. They just want to do everything fast, even thought we have time schedule. I have given this place three chance, knowing they will change their service and every time we ask them to change about the nail set if you not like they will just keep adding or say $5 extra, they do not know how to give shapes to the nails ever times I have being there they have made my nails bleed not just one finger but mostly all 10, and they do not even say sorry or try anything to stop bleeding or ask us if I need anything. Even thought I tell them in the beginning that be careful with my nails otherwise it might bleed and still they go rough. Also, their nail polish are super old that instead of replace with new, they put water in the nail polish bottle and mixed it and put it on your nails. Like seriously, we are giving them full money plus the tips and horrible service they provide. However, they irritate me with their price we ask them to do something, and they are just like $5 extra like just care about money then customer bleeding. Will not come back here again.

I would honestly give 0 stars. I regret going here the lady did my nails poorly not to mention overpriced for what I got done. Noticed nothing was cleaned or sanitized after the first girl. I was so over it I paid and went home to fix it myself. She didn’t clean up my nails she left polish and gel all under my nails. It’s been 1 day and already they are coming off. After I left I found out the owner (Tammy) was the one who did my nails. Will not be coming here again!

Tammy Nails is very clean. My Mother treated me to a paraffin wax for my hands. The young lady did a fantastic job. My Mother got a new set in a pretty bright glittery red. Her nails were beautiful. The are very clean and have a see thru guard when you get your nails and feet done for extra Covid-19 protection!

Tammy was so great! I went to this salon for the first time today. I just walked in. She sat me down right away, asked what I wanted to have done and went to work. I got a dip powder manicure. Tammy made sure to check with me about length and shape. She also did one nail and asked if the color is okay and asked if she was hurting me. I had never had a manicurist ask me about either of those things before. She was professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Use to love this place! Went there to get full set for my daughters sweet 16 and it was horrible. Called in prior and asked for an appointment with Tammy and said okay come at the time requested. Got there and the original owner Tammy doesn’t even work there anymore. I still decided to get mine and my daughters nails done. Needless to say, the job was horrible. Paint was smeared all over. Took forever to dry. And now a week later they are starting to fall off. Very sad and disappointed, this was my go to place in Carol Stream. On top of the poorly done job, it was way over priced. Won’t be returning.

They did somewhat a good job. I had a gift certificate. They made me wait a super long time, for just acrylic nails. My sisters came with me & they took them first & kept taking others before me. My acrylics are already coming off and i barley got them done about 3 days ago. SUCH A RIP OFF, for first time coming not a good job.

I have been going for a while to this salon which is called ‘Tammy’ now, and they do a wonderful job. Only one time O didn’t get what I exactly want it which was the rose gold crome nails over the no chip, and it seems that one of the girls didn’t have much experience on that but they, very kindly offered me to go back and redo it for no charge. I went back after few days and Tammy ( the owner) herself redid my nails and I cannot ask for better pedicure. Tammy she is very carefull and very detailed, she pays attention and knows exactly what you want. The salon is very clean and neat, very positive feeling…

I had a younger girl as my technician. She was not rude, but the owner was very rude. I wanted designs on my toe nails and the girl told me she had to ask the owner to do it who walked over to mea nd yelled that my toe nails were short and walked away!! So I said I didn’t know they had to be long? Anyway, after that I ended up spending $29 (I think) for a pedicure even though it is advertised as being $19 on the door. Another fail.. While I was waiting for my polish to dry the lady next to me told me that the tubs were dirty and she saw a nail in one of the tubs where they do pedicures. I think they used an old file on my toe nails (eew!) and I did not see them clean the tubs at all when people came in after me to get pedicures. So after all of that I left the salon & noticed my polish had smeared.. So now I have to pay for a polish change even though I specifically went to get a pedicure for my wedding. Thumbs down, skip this place.
